Low cost Human Growth Hormone Therapy may only be prescribed for specific uses approved by the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services. The approved medical uses for HGH or human growth hormone are very limited by federal law. Human growth hormone may not be legally prescribed to reverse the effects of aging, accelerate healing from wounds or surgery, increase lean muscle, enhance athletic performance or treat osteoporosis.

Federal Law Restricts the Use of HGH or Recombinant Human Growth Hormone (Somatropin) to Only Those Medical Uses Specifically Approved by the Secretary of Health and Human Services

Sermorelin acetate may be prescribed for an unlabeled use at the discretion of a treating physician, but HGH or recombinant human growth hormone (HGH) may not be prescribed for any unapproved or unlabeled use. The applicable law concerning the knowing possession or distribution of human growth hormone for any unapproved purpose is set forth in US Code Annotated, Title 21 Food and Drugs, Chapter 3 Subchapter III, Section 333. (e) (1). This statute provides in relevant part that "...whoever knowingly distributes, or possesses with the intent to distribute, human growth hormone for any use in humans other than the treatment of a disease or other recognized medical condition, where such use has been authorized by the Secretary of Health and Human Services under section 355 of this title pursuant to the order of a physician, is guilty of an offense punishable by not more than 5 years in prison, such fines as are authorized by Title 18, or both..

Recombinant human growth hormone (Somatropin) has not been approved by the FDA for medical use in reversing the effects of aging, treating chronic fatigue, treating obesity or reducing body fat, increasing lean muscle, enhancing athletic performance, strengthening the immune system or accelerating healing of wounds following injury or surgery.

Sermorelin Growth Hormone (GHRH) Therapy consists of adult patient subcutaneous (below the skin) self-injections of Sermorelin Acetate GHRH with a small insulin type syringe for a treatment period prescribed by the treating physician.

Sermorelin therapy stimulates the pituitary gland to increase the volume of human growth hormone (hGH) secreted by the stimulated pituitary gland and release it so that it may be converted by the liver into IGF-1.

The increased amount of IGF-1 in the blood stream results an increase in metabolism and growth of new cells within the body's organs and bones. This treatment is prescribed for unlabeled use in adults to increase lean muscle mass, reduce body fat, increase bone density, enhance the immune system, and strengthen the heart, as well as, other organs of the body. Since the increased volume of human growth hormone is produced by the body's pituitary gland, the body's endocrine system will not allow more growth hormone to be produced by the Sermorelin GH-RH stimulation of the pituitary than the body can safely process within the endocrine self-monitoring system.

Sermorelin Acetate Growth Hormone - Releasing Hormone has been specifically approved for medical use in increasing growth hormone levels in children deficient in growth hormone production. Its use to increase the growth hormone and IGF-1 levels in adults is an off-label use of this prescription drug.

Sermorelin Acetate therapy is used in adult Sermorelin therapy to cause the pituitary gland to increase growth hormone production and release in humans. Adult patients undergo Sermorelin therapy to secure the benefits of increased natural growth hormone production, including the reduction of body fat, increased lean muscle mass, increased bone density, improve the immune system, accelerate the healing of wounds caused by surgery or injury and strengthen the heart and other organs of the body.

Sermorelin Acetate is a growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). This prescription drug is compounded by U.S. pharmacies pursuant to a physician's prescription and is patient self-injected subcutaneously. It stimulates the pituitary gland to naturally produce increased amounts of human growth hormone.

The physicians of National Medical Clinic, Inc. conduct physical examinations, assess lab reports, complete patient evaluations and prescribe indicated Sermorelin therapy to men and women throughout most of the United States.

Prescribed Sermorelin medication is dispensed directly to the patient by independent U.S. licensed pharmacies upon receipt of a written patient prescription from a National Medical Clinic™ treating physician.

Contact National Medical Clinic™ to obtain information about enrolling in an alternative to synthetic or recombinant human growth hormone (somatropin) therapy; i.e. undergoing Sermorelin growth hormone releasing hormone therapy.
